William L. Eagan
William L. Eagan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1961. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa and his law degree from the University of Florida in 1961, where he was a member of the University of Florida Law Review from 1960-1961 and the author of "Case Notes", University of Florida Law Review in 1960. He is a member of the Orange County Bar, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer.

Lehn E. Abrams
Lehn E. Abrams was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1974. He received his undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary in 1970, and his law degree from the University of Florida in 1974. Chairman, Ninth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee from 1985-1988. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

Arthur R. Louv
Mr. Louv practices in the area of business organizations, transactions and development for middle market clients. He has over twenty five years of legal and business experience in business in the formation of business organizations and joint ventures, investments, and securities and licensing transactions; contract negotiations; acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs and leveraged buy outs; and commercial and financial transactions. Mr. Louv is a graduate of St. John's University, New York, with a BBA in Economics in 1967 and received his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, Nashville, Tennessee in 1972. He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Business Law and Tax Law Sections, The Florida Bar and its Corporations, Securities and Financial Services Committee and UCC and Bankruptcy Law Committee, Orange County Bar Association and its Business Law Committee, Central Florida Economic Development Commission, Turnaround Management Association of Florida, Inc (of which he is a director and corporate secretary) and an arbitrator with NASD Dispute Resolution, Inc.

Richard M. Margadonna
Mr. Margadonna practices in the area of business transactions, organization and development for middle market clients.

Mr. Margadonna graduated from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, with a BS in Decision and Information Sciences in 2001. In 2005, he received his MBA from the Stetson University Graduate School of Business, DeLand, Florida, and his law degree from the Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. He is a member of: The American Bar Association and its Business Law Section, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Young lawyers Division; The Florida Bar and its Business Law Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; the Orange County Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division; and Phi Alpha Delta.

Carl D. Motes
Mr. Motes has over 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts. He is a frequent author and lecturer on many phases of civil litigation including insurance law and professional liability.

He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, all Florida federal courts and the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA). He has been the Chairman of the Editorial Board of the FDLA's publication, the Trial Advocate Quarterly and was President of the FDLA from 1994 to 1995. He graduated from the Florida State University College of Law with honors in 1974, has served as the President of the FSU College of Law Alumni Association.

Alexander J. Ombres
Alexander J. Ombres was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1979. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Florida State University and he graduated from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1978 and received his Masters in Tax law from the University of Miami in 1981. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Orange County Bar.
